Yeshodhara Apartment

Located on Curley Street in the historic neighbourhood of Richmond Town in central Bangalore, this nine-residence apartment building was designed for three brothers and their families. One of them Mr. Harish is a builder who encouraged unconventional approach to design. Refining the ideas first explored in the “Vandana Vayushakti” Apartment, each residence is conceived with its own private garden, two of which overlook the playground of the school opposite. The terrace restores a connection to the ground and landscape often absent in upper-level apartment living. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces are arranged as a single volume, creating an expansiveness that encourages family huddle and festive gathering.
