This industrial building is designed to accommodate both functional spaces for the assembly of electric drives and comfortable workspaces for designers. The open office layout, featuring cubicles, discussion rooms, training rooms, and a conference room, fosters an interactive and collaborative atmosphere.

The building’s longer façade faces west, exposing it to harsh afternoon sunlight. To mitigate heat gain, sliding perforated metal panels are introduced as a secondary skin to shade the interiors. These movable panels transform the appearance and character of the building as their positions shift, creating a dynamic and playful façade.
