Phase - 1
Projects are conceptualized with thorough understanding of client?s requirements and factors influencing design. The designers deliberate on every possible concept and conclude on the most relevant option. Consultants for QS, MEP, HVAC & PH, having necessary expertise are sourced and included in the design process.
A presentation of the design is produced to convey the complete picture of the project including scaled drawings, area statements, cost estimate and computer generated images of the highlights.
Phase - 2
After the conceptual drawings are fine tuned incorporating client?s observations, the plans for approval, detailed estimates, bill of quantities and tender documents are produced.
Phase - 3
Construction is tender to building firms having required equipments and expertise essential for the project. The quotes are compared, negotiated and the work assigned to the best offer with due merit.
Phase - 4
During construction, the designer and the consultants periodically supervise the work to ensure compliance to the drawings, specifications and time schedule.
A designated architect maintains constant communication between the firm, client and the entire team.
The principal of the firm personally guides the team and steers every project to the desired outcome.
